Correct syntax:

value="loving"
          <input value id="loving" id="loving" type="checkbox" name="personality"> <label for="loving">Loving</label>
          <input value id="lazy" id="lazy" type="checkbox" name="personality"> <label for="lazy">Lazy</label>
          <input value id="energetic" id="energetic" type="checkbox" name="personality"> <label for="energetic">Energetic</label>

You have the value not set to any name.
also you have two id's

Yes I noticed that and fixed it but it is showing the same failed message when i try to send it.

Oh wow :man_facepalming: i was just typing away and did not notice this

Does removing the second id fix the issue for you?

Yes it did fix the issue!
