CCS - Size Your Images

Tell us what’s happening:
I have formatted my code exactly as the lesson and video direct you to but the image still wont change to the required 100px. It requires 100% browser zoom and I have that set as well. I’m not sure what the issue could be and need some help.

Your code so far

<link href="https://fonts.googleapis.com/css?family=Lobster" rel="stylesheet" type="text/css">
<style>
smaller-image {
  width: 100 xp;
}
.red-text {
  color: red;
}

h2 {
  font-family: Lobster, monospace;
}

p {
  font-size: 16px;
  font-family: monospace;
}
</style>

<h2 class="red-text">CatPhotoApp</h2>
<main>
<p class="red-text">Click here to view more <a href="#">cat photos</a>.</p>

<a href="#"><img class="smaller-image" src="https://bit.ly/fcc-relaxing-cat" alt="A cute orange cat lying on its back."></a>

  <p>Things cats love:</p>

Challenge: Size Your Images

Link to the challenge:

It seems like you have a little typo, xp is not the px

Thank you for that correction! although the issue still isn’t solved… when I run the tests it still tells me “Your image should be 100 pixels wide. Browser zoom should be at 100%.” I appreciate all the help.

Another issue, in CSS, if you want to select a class, you have to start with a ., what do you see wrong in this quote.

Another thing, you cannot have a whitespace in between your value and units. ex:

/* DONT */
element {
  height: 200 px;
             ↑
}

/* DO */
element {
  height: 200px;
            ↑↑
}

It should be “.smaller-image” thankyou! that fixed it! Note taken.
