I have recently completed the responsive web design course but could not receive the certification. What should i do?

Did you check your portfolio page? From https://www.freecodecamp.org/learn you should have a button near the top that says View my Portfolio. If you click that and scroll down to freeCodeCamp Certifications do you see it?
You need to agree to the Academic Honesty policy before you can claim a certificate. It is located on your settings page.
