Checking radio buttons and checkboxes by default

Tell us what’s happening:
hi every one
i have tried many times to check the first radio button by default
but the code editor has refused to accept the code please am requesting for your help.
and here is my code

FIRST:

The tutorial is asking us to Check the Check Buttons and Check-boxes by Default:

Set the 1st of your radio buttons and the 1st of your check-boxes to be checked by default.

When I ran the Code, It looked like all of the boxes had been Checked, Not just the First of the radio buttons, and the First Checkbox.
