Hello, I am a newbie. I completed the responsive web design projects. Do I get some individual certificate only for this? specifically a certification for responsive web design?

You will need to go to: https://www.freecodecamp.org/settings
and accept the " Academic Honesty Policy" then it will unlock the button to claim the certificate!
