Continuing work after saving and exiting

i might just be confused as to how things worked. i’m working on the relational databases courses and was maybe 1/3 of the way through the second set: “Learn Relational Databases by Building a Mario Database.” had to leave and come back and it looks like my progress was saved but the prompts are not visible. how do i save my progress and then pick up where i left off?

I tried this but now I’m getting this error:

Hi, check out some additional troubleshooting steps for starting the course.

If you are still unable to start the course, can you try to run any other exercise from the course and then return to your current one? This would reset the container (but not the progress).
