Counting card lesson

I am new in JavaScript. can someone help me understand why: 1) cc(2); cc(3); cc(7); cc(‘K’); cc(‘A’); console.log(cc(4)) - This paraameteres are passed in card and 2) what is different between cc(number or string) and console.log(cc(4))
