Create a Horizontal Line Using the hr Element - bug?

Tell us what’s happening:'t work here. The lessons always says
Hi, when i run test there always comes the message “The hr tag should come between the title and the paragraph.” but it is between h4 and paragraph. Can someone tell me what i don’t get or is it just a bug?

There is a known bug with this issue. If you search the forum you will see dozens of posts that explain a workaround to force the challenge to pass (this is not good code but it will pass the challenge). Alternatively, you can just skip the challenge.
