Create a Set of Radio Buttons, label issue

Tell us what’s happening:
The step that’s still incomplete is “Each of your radio buttons should be nested in its own label”
I think that’s exactly what I’ve done, as per my code below, yet this does not seem to resolve the issue. Kindly help.

Your code so far

  <p>Click here to view more <a href="#">cat photos</a>.</p>
  <a href="#"><img src="" alt="A cute orange cat lying on its back."></a>
  <p>Things cats love:</p>
    <li>cat nip</li>
    <li>laser pointers</li>
  <p>Top 3 things cats hate:</p>
    <li>flea treatment</li>
    <li>other cats</li>
  <form action="/submit-cat-photo">
    <input type="text" placeholder="cat photo URL" required>
    <button type="submit">Submit</button><br>
    <label for="indoor"><input id="indoor" type="radio" name="indoor-outdoor">Indoor</input><br></label>
    <label for="outdoor"><input id="outdoor" type="radio" name="indoor-outdoor">Outdoor</input></label>

Just remove <br> from there: <label for="indoor"><input id="indoor" type="radio" name="indoor-outdoor">Indoor</input><br></label>

switch the <br> and </label> to </label> and <br>.

The <br> tag creates a line break.

So the <label></label> element wasn’t closed properly because the <br> or line break tag was inside or nested inside the <label><br></label> element. It should look like this <label><input type="radio" etc...</label><br>

I hope that helps and happy coding, good luck.

Hey, that was it! Many thanks, I was wondering what I had done wrong. I’ll remember to use line breaks wisely the next time.

Thank you! You were a huge help!
