Write a C++ program that make use of Arrays to Capture the Names of the Various Departments at UPSA. Your Program Should request also for the number of Lecturers in each Department and store it in an array. Your Program should display Each Department, the number of Lecturers and Finally the Average number of Lecturers in a Department.
