Creating checkboxes

I’m trying to create checkboxes and I have. Everything looks ok with my code and the checkboxes appear on the cat wed page however it won’t let me pass. It keeps saying to make sure my label tags are closed. But they are! can you find anything wrong with this,yes it is nested in the form.
