I finished the Responsive Web Design Certification a long time ago and they did give it to me, but now when I log into my account it says I’ve only completed a certain percentage and I don’t see my certificate reflected in my account.

There is a new curriculum.
Scroll towards the bottom of the Settingspage after you log on the the freeCodeCamp website.
The legacy certificate should appear in the legacy section. Make sure you clicked the Claim my certificate button.
If you are asking about the new RWD certificate, the exam was made available a few months ago. Did you sit the 2 hour exam for it?
