Elementos Ancla Error al colocar TEXTO DE ANCLAJE

Estimados buenas tardes, saludos desde Argentina.
Estoy teniendo problemas al testear este codigo descrito mas abajo , cuando lo ejecuto todo el tiempo me indica que me falta colocar el texto de anclaje “fotos de gatos”
Lo coloco tal cual lo solicita el sistema, pero me sigue pidiendo lo mismo.

En que estoy fallando?
A alguien le paso?

Necesito seguir aprendiendo y esto no me permite avanzar
