I’m having trouble taking a python exam in the exam environment app. I took the exam earlier in the yesterday and the app was working fine. I deleted the app and installed it again multiple time to retake a exam. The app is loading for half an hour . I have mailed the support a day ago still no improvement yet.I have attached the video proof in email.
Kindly look into this matter.I have downloaded the latest version from the download latest version option and open the app from open examination app option.
Yes, I have already took the honesty pledge. As I took the exam before as well and it worked fine for me so I think the problem might be in your end.
