Exam Environment App - I can see only black screen

Hi, I am going to have an exam for python.
So I downloaded Exam Environment App, but I can see only black screen when I click the App.

Please teach me how I can fix this issue.
My OS is windows 10.

I think you could move this issue in the category freeCodeCamp Support, because this is a specific problem about freeCodeCamp’s ressources.

Anyways, have you already tried to close/open back the app ? Or even turn off and on your device ? And if this doesn’t work, uninstall/reinstall the app ?

Are you running the application on a local machine, or through remote/virtualization software?

I think the first time it is used on a Windows 10 computer, you can get a blank screen.

Please restart your computer, login to freeCodeCamp, then open the Exam app.
