I hope everyone is enjoying a good time. I started working on a blog project using HTML and CSS. I’m trying to test my project on blogspot.com but it is only accepting the XML format. I basically want to create a theme for blogspot.com. How do I convert my file.html, file.css, and some other stuff like my images folder into one .XML file?

Did you try to go to theme, customize then edit HTML?
I think you wont need to convert HTML to XML if you are editing current HTML
Yes, I know. But I want to create template themes that others can download and use. Similar to this gooyaabitemplates.com website.
