Hi,
I’m new here and not quite sure how the project challenges are supposed to work.
I built a (relatively simple) tribute page for the first challenge: https://codepen.io/Esuhi/full/QMWjyG/
I had been under the impression that someone would look at that project after I submit it but I now realize that this may not be the case.
I am thus wondering:
- Are we completing the projects purely on an honor basis? For what purpose are we submitting the link to the Codepen?
- If I still would like some kind of feedback, what is the best way to go about it? Is anyone interested in forming a feedback duo?
Best regards,
Matthias
Hi Matthias,
I think the point of the projects are to get you started. Just like most things in life, you only get out what you put in. If you’re only looking to get a certificate from these courses, I’m sure you do so pretty easily, and without much effort.
However, if you’re looking to use these courses to learn real skills and help build your portfolios, you will need to do extra work outside of what you learn from these courses. Personally, I’ve used several other references (books, onince articles, online tutorials, etc.) to help practice some of the concepts taught, as well as learn various new concepts.
Hope this helps, and you continue doing well on your coding and learning journey.
