Hey Mark,
I’m checking out your Random Quote Generator with Firefox on a desktop. It works smoothly for me and the Wikipedia addition was a great idea!
The only downside that I can see is the flash of white in between the background changes. Maybe you could fade each new background in upon refreshing.

Hi, thanks for the feedback.
It does fade between backgrounds, and there is a small delay to allow for image download. Doesn’t seem to work in Firefox though, even with prefixing.
Any ideas anyone?
