File metadata microservice tests always pass

My brother and I have both confirmed that the file metadata microservice tests always pass, even when passing a nonexistent web domain (I used http://abc1234678.com). The project is marked as complete in our profiles and our progress has been updated as though we had completed the project properly.

I got suspicious when my solution worked on the first try hahaha

Yeah that one’s broke all quality assurance projects as well. I think they’re a bit neglected.
