the input element doesn’t exist anymore like that, that’s the issue

to nest the input element in the form element, put the input element between the opening and the closing form tags

reset your code, find the existing input element

add the opening <form> just before the input element

add the closing </form> tag after the input element

add the attribute action="..." in the opening form tag
