Function with arguments

Hello,
When I call the function with two numbers as arguments the console shows only 3 and not 16 as expected ad I can not see the problem so I can uderstand why.
Can someone help me please? Thanks


function functionWithArgs(one,two){
console.log(1 + 2);
}
functionWithArgs();

functionWithArgs(7, 9);
