i have made my project in my laptop with visual studio code text editor and the html file of my project is in a folder , but i don’t know how to make it’s URL and submit it

What you need to do is, open www.codepen.io to create an account and create a pen, then add this freecodecamp CDN link:
https://cdn.freecodecamp.org/testable-projects-fcc/v1/bundle.js under settings > js.

If you made it that far, you will need to copy your codes from VS code into codepen.
