Hello, alexander.

What do you need help with? It does not look as thought you have tried anything in your code.

Are you unsure as to what an attribute is?

Use the Tell us what’s happening section of your post to give use as much detail as possible. This helps us help you.

Okay, so you need to input the value attribute into each (inputs) for each radio and checkbox.
I’m assuming you’re asking for the solution and explanation.

    <label><input type="radio" name="indoor-outdoor" value="indoor"> Indoor</label>
    <label><input type="radio" name="indoor-outdoor" value="outdoor"> Outdoor</label><br>
    <label><input type="checkbox" name="personality" value="loving"> Loving</label>
    <label><input type="checkbox" name="personality" value="lazy">  Lazy</label>
    <label><input type="checkbox" name="personality" value="energetic"> Energetic</label><br>
    <input type="text" placeholder="cat photo URL" required>
    <button type="submit">Submit</button>

Here’s the solution.
As for the explanation, so when you hit the submit button, the form sends the info forward. So by default the information forwarded by the checkbox or radio is “ON”. However by putting the value attribute eg. value= “loving”. It forwards the info as personality = Loving.
Therefore the general is name = value.
I hope i didn’t say anything wrong, this is my understanding of form’s atleast.
Hope this helped!
