H2 not commented out

This looks correct to me but I’m getting an error to not uncomment to the h2 element. I don’t think I am. Can someone see what I am doing wrong?

Hi, you have mistyped dash instead of hyphen.

are you on an apple device? turn off smart punctuation in the setting, it will do these things, using invalid characters, and the code will not work
