Help, I don't know what I'm doing wrong

Tell us what’s happening:

I really don’t understand what I am doing wrong even just using the example I can figure out what is wrong because I think what its saying that is incorrect is correct in the code.

Incorrect points it mentions is:
Each element needs to be nested in their own elements, which they are.
Make sure each of your elements has a closing tag. which it does.
and
Your checkboxes should be given the name attribute of personality . which they all do…
