The instructions were:

The new paragraph should have text that says View more cat photos , …

But you have:

cat photos </a></p>

Notice the period (.) after the word “more”? That is showing up in your text on the screen, making the test fail because the text isn’t what the test expects (it has an extra character, the unnecessary period.)

When I remove that, your code passes for me.
