I would reset the lesson.

You don’t need to create new inputs.
Use the inputs they already gave you.

Add the value attributes to the existing inputs.

I think you added to the original code that was given to you and also the main question is not answered. All you need to do now is RESET the whole code, in all your input tag write in your 1stlabel (value=“indoor”) after your ID, 2nd label (value=“outdoor”) after your ID, 3rd label (value=“loving”) after your ID, 4th label (value=“lazy”) after your ID, 5th label (value=“energetic”) after your ID.
