HELP (please) header logo hides elements, such as nav

hi, i’m very new to this but i’m trying not to give up.
here’s my codepen.io for the project i’m working on right now: product landing page.

the image I used for “header-img” is blocking other elements and isn’t being implemented properly.

is there a way to get it to “un-stick” itself from the top of the page when scrolling?

I’m not completely sure I understand what you are asking but if you don’t want the header to be stuck to the top of the page then don’t set the position to fixed.
