I intent to have the Mandela picture over the flag. However, I cannot figure out how to make this responsive. If I zoom in, the Mandela picture is no longer in the right position because it falls out of phase with the flag. I want the flag and the Mandela picture to always be overlapping. The Mandela picture should always be in the center of the flag.Help please!
