I would reset the lesson because there are a few errors.

Here are the first part of the instructions
Nest the existing input element inside a form element

This is the existing input

  <input type="text" placeholder="cat photo URL">

Don’t alter that.
Wrap your form tags around that.

assign "https://www.freecatphotoapp.com/submit-cat-photo" to the action attribute of the form element.

The url in the action attribute needs to be exact.
This is incorrect.
