How can I build a simple but real website

Hello, I’d like to create a simple website like this:

It works well in the mobile environment, and it seems to be a reactive website.
It only hsa a few pages, so I think it’s a good idea to give you
an example of what I would like to do.

I’d like to ask you about the technology used here. I don’t think they
used Wordpress. But I am not 100% sure. Is this website simple enough to
create with what I’ve learned from the FCC? (I studied HTML and Javascript.)

I’d appreciate it if you could help me with this. Thank you very much.

Hello!

They used HTML, CSS and JavaScript (though they don’t need to write anything, since it should be available on the libraries used, i.e. Bootstrap).
