How do i center text of button?

So i made contact form with some help from youtube tutorial and im trying to figure out how do i center “SEND HERE” to be in very middle of button. I tried using display flex but it doesnt work with “value” i guess.

Make the padding equal for the top and bottom of the submit class. Right now, the top is 1px and the bottom is 15px, so they are not equal.
