First thing to do would be click Restart Step

then … i have p element that i want to turn into a link.

now you can nest it inside an a element like this
<a href=""> <p> Learn More </p> </a>

or you can nest the content of your p element inside an a element like this
<p> <a href=""> Learn More </a> </p>

now since img element doesn’t have a content (the image source is an attribute) so nest the element itself in a element
