Hello!

Have you completed the Responsive Web Design lessons? Those should give you a sufficient understanding of HTML and CSS to build your tribute page.
I recommend building your project through CodePen for ease of use. Follow the instructions on the challenge page for how to use the FCC Test Script and pass the user stories, but other than those tests you are free to make the page your own!
