Can someone please give me an advive how to code a simple cookie banner for a Wordpress website? I just connected a website to Google Analytics and because of the GDPR regulation I need to ask for confirmation in advance.
This should be not that complicated, I just need a basic cookie banner which shows up at first and there are two buttons “accept” and “decline” so when the visitor accepts then the Google Analytics JavaScript code is able to run, otherwise it will not run and the visitor doesnt get tracked.
Can somone recommend a good tutorial how to implement this custom banner in Wordpress?
