How to load a photo into codepen from my own PC?

I originally was using imgur, only to find out after the fact there were codepen.io issues with imgur images. I found a suggestion to use my github account and issues to hose the image (can’t find it now). The idea is you create a new repository and submit “issues” to the repository each issue contains your image assets for each zipline challenge. You can use the image url in your codepen code.
