How to use an a element

Tell us what’s happening:
Describe your issue in detail here.
I am stuck at step 26 where I should use an a element to link the terms and conditions in the registration form. I don’t remember some details and I can’t memorize all details in coding. I think there should be a library to use too.

   **Your code so far**
/* file: index.html */
<!DOCTYPE html>
<html>
 <head>
   <title>Registration Form</title>
	  <link rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" href="styles.css" />
 </head>
 <body>
   <h1>Registration Form</h1>
   <p>Please fill out this form with the required information</p>
   <form action='https://register-demo.freecodecamp.org'>
     <fieldset>
       <label>Enter Your First Name: <input type="text" required /></label>
       <label>Enter Your Last Name: <input type="text" required /></label>
       <label>Enter Your Email: <input type="email" required /></label>
       <label>Create a New Password: <input type="password" pattern="[a-z0-5]{8,}" required /></label>
     </fieldset>
     <fieldset>
       <label><input type="radio" name="account-type" /> Personal Account</label>
       <label><input type="radio" name="account-type" /> Business Account</label>
       <label><input type="checkbox" required a href="https://www.freecodecamp.org/news/terms-of-sevice"/> I accept the terms and conditions</label>
     </fieldset>
     <fieldset></fieldset>
     <input type="submit" value="Submit" />
   </form>
 </body>
</html>
/* file: styles.css */
body {
 width: 100%;
 height: 100vh;
 margin: 0;
 background-color: #1b1b32;
	color: #f5f6f7;
}

label {
	display: block;
	margin: 0.5rem 0;
}

Challenge: Step 26

Link to the challenge:

Hi, wrap the text terms and conditions with an achor element and set the href attribute to the link given.

I understand how to wrap some text with an anchor element. I understand also how to set the href attribute to the link given. I did that but I am still stuck. Where to put that? Should it be within the input element or should it be a new line on its own?

Yes, inside the label element.

Thank you for help. The problem I am having is always to understand the logic and meaning for every code, Unfortunately we are mostly given instructions to memorize or codes to copy. May be the instructors have no time to give more explanation. Thank you any way and sorry for having to say all that.
