step 16 mentions about sections and i have no idea where to insert the section and how to write it

Take your h2, comment, p, and anchor (a) elements and nest them in a section element.

That’s what the request asks.

Place the section opening tag of it above the first h2 and the section closing tag below the original closing a tag.
