It really helps if you try to explain in more detail what is going on instead of just relying upon us to tell you what is wrong.

If I run your code, I get the error message

Hint: You should only wrap the a element around the text terms and conditions.

Your anchor element is around the text I accept the terms and conditions. I would try putting the anchor element only around the last three words, terms and conditions instead of the full text next to the checkbox.
