Hello,
I am currently working on my personal portfolio page and I have a question. I am looking at other user’s pages and notice hyperlinks in their nav bar. Meaning when I click on their contact link, it automatically jumps to the contact form of the webpage. I am wondering how to make the hyperlink animate and slowly scroll down to the contact or project section instead of instantly jumping to it. I have seen this on other webpages and I can’t seem to find it through searching on google.
