First of all - JavaScript is hard. Programming is hard. Don’t get down on yourself. Some of these challenges get people tripped up - this is one of them. Go easy on yourself.

But it looks like you essentially have it solved, you just have one problem.

When I run your code, I get the error:

ReferenceError: record is not defined

So, you are referencing a variable called “record” that doesn’t exist. When I fix that (in two places), your code passes for me.
