know idea what to do next

Welcome, luciano.

The second link has a few syntax errors:

  1. <section id=feedback"> Line 72
  2. <li><a class="active" <label class="logo">CSS Corner Caffe</label> Line 8
  3. background-image: url("https://images.pexels.com/photos/851555/pexels-photo-851555.jpeg?auto=compress&cs=tinysrgb&h=1920&w=1279");-top CSS Line 54
  4. #options th { Line 39 (Unclosed)
  5. A few duplicate CSS properties.

Some things to note when using CodePen:

  1. CodePen does not expect any content outwith the body tags.
  2. All meta, link, and script information must be put in the :gear: settings section of the HTML editor.
  3. You do not need to/cannot link the CSS in your HTML, if you place the CSS in the appropriate section.
  4. If your project uses React, use the Babel preprocessor, and link the CDN in the appropriate :gear: section.
  5. The editors offer the ability to format and analyse your code, providing useful information about forgotten closing tags etc.

If you are still confused with how to use CodePen, please read the official documentation.

Hope this helps

I just fixed the unclosed line and it worked.
Thank you so much for all the info. I`ll implement that to all my projects. You saved me hours of frustration!

I don’t know if this is what you are struggling with. But I noticed you missed some angle brackets for your first list item in the nav section:

so the correct formation should be:

<li><a class="active" ><label class="logo">CSS Corner Cafe</label></a></li>

next I think you should style the logo properly thereafter like this:

.active{
  margin-left: -120px;
  padding-top: 0px;
  width: 350px;
}

My navbar looks way better. Thanks for the input!
