i cant complete the task , it keeps saying my radio button elements should be added within the form tag , but i cant figure it out

You should place your </form> above the </main> tag. i.e You have to place the set of radio buttons inside the form tag.

This line is missing a >.

These radio buttons are after the closing form tag. They are not nested in the form.
