It would be best to say what’s not working so we could go straight to that. The thing that stands out to me is <atarget=_blank herf=“https://freecatphotoapp.com” should have a space between the a and target=

You would also need a closing bracket > on that anchor element. You have the closing tag but the beginning of the element is left open.
