Challenge: Stand in Line

Link to the challenge:

“The nextInLine function should then return the element that was removed.”

Currently you are returning item which is the number passed into the function. You want to return the number that was removed from the beginning of the array. I wonder what the return value of shift() is?

Also what is going on here?

and you should use arr, not the array outside your function.
