The Bootstrap documentation on how to use its grid system is excellent—have a read through this section in particular and drop by again if you still have any trouble.

As other suggest already, you will find different other ressources online to get your hand about bootstrap or any other topic in general. But if you can be more precise about what confuse you,you could get more specific insight.
Other trick don’t hesitate to check the properties of any bootstratp class that you may interested in, by doing if you get in confict with your own css, thing could be more clear!
