at ste 78 , it tells me my code should be under the comment when it’s not showing
If you have a question about a specific challenge as it relates to your written code for that challenge and need some help, click the Ask for Help button located on the challenge (it looks like a question mark). This button only appears if you have tried to submit an answer at least three times.
The Ask for Help button will create a new topic with all code you have written and include a link to the challenge also. You will still be able to ask any questions in the post before submitting it to the forum.

As Leader @JeremyLT stated the Help appears
after three unsuccessful attempts at any step within Responsive Web Design allowing us to post all our code, and our questions with the code.
This allows the community to respond with a quick, focused, and accurate response to guide us to the resolution for the problem we face with the code.
Looking at the code that has been provided, it looks like there is very much code missing above this for this step to be passed.
Hopefully, you are either able to resolve the problem, or do take @JeremyLT advice and post the complete code and your question so the community can help you resolve it.
