I think this challenge wants you to add the label and input elements to both of the answers-list lists.

It looks as though you’ve only added them to one of those lists.

it is in both but still isnt responding

Do you mean that you’ve updated your code and it still doesn’t pass?

If so, could you post your updated html code - you can format it to display correctly using the </> “pre-formatted code” button, or by adding a separate line of three back-ticks (```) before and after your code.
