I think you accidentally deleted your input element, which is supposed to be nested into the form element, like this:

<form  action="https://www.freecatphotoapp.com/submit-cat-photo">
  <input type="text" placeholder="cat photo URL">
</form>

there was also a dot in the action url which didn’t belong there.
