Challenge: Add Images to Your Website

Hello there.

Do you have a question?

If so, please edit your post to include it in the Tell us what’s happening section.

Learning to describe problems is an important part of learning how to code.

Also, the more information you give us, the more likely we are to be able to help.

Hi @raslan !

Welcome to the forum!

It doesn’t look you have tried anything yet.

Can you explain to us what you are having trouble with?

Maybe it would help to look at the example code again.

This is the example they gave us.

<img src="https://www.freecatphotoapp.com/your-image.jpg" alt="A business cat wearing a necktie.">

We can see there is a url in the src attribute.

src="https://www.freecatphotoapp.com/your-image.jpg"

and there is a description of the image in the alt attribute

alt="A business cat wearing a necktie."

That is how to create an image tag.

You need to add an image tag here

<h2>CatPhotoApp</h2>
<main>

IMAGE TAG GOES HERE

<p>Kitty ipsum dolor sit amet, shed everywhere shed everywhere stretching attack your ankles chase the red dot, hairball run catnip eat the grass sniff.</p>
<p>Purr jump eat the grass rip the couch scratched sunbathe, shed everywhere rip the couch sleep in the sink fluffy fur catnip scratched.</p>
</main>

You need to carefully read the directions here to add the correct url address for the src attribute

Now set the src attribute so that it points to the url https://cdn.freecodecamp.org/curriculum/cat-photo-app/relaxing-cat.jpg

Hope that helps!
